This is my brother-in-law's condo. He is disabled, so I am helping him move out. Everything has been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free home. You will be responsible to move it to your truck. Everything except for the Formica Storage unit is on the first floor and shouldn't be too hard to move. I do have a dolly which will make it easier.
